MAN ENOUGH TO SING is an annual event just for the guys. So round up your friends, colleagues, and buddies for a chance to raise your voice [and the occasional glass] in support of Cantaré Children’s Choir. Here’s how it works:

Man Enough To Sing is a day full of laughter and quick quips with an amazing group of men. You’ll share the day singing and rehearsing with Catherine Glaser-Climie in the “Man Enough” ensemble, full of Cantaré Supporters just like you. The ensemble then joins Cantaré Children’s Choir on stage in concert on March 9th

Man Enough To Sing is not only an excellent way to support the choir financially, it is an event which is hailed as an uplifting and inspiring experience for the participants and audience alike. Our choristers are especially thrilled to see the men stand proudly to sing for them.

The Workshop

The ‘Man Enough’ workshop is a full day rehearsal event where the guys come together and learn to create a choral sound. Some of our participants have past musical experience while many others do not. All are welcome at Man Enough. Our young male choristers and choir alumni will be there to help you learn along the way.

In addition to great singing, there is always time for boyish banter - the ensemble takes time to bond over coffee, snacks, lunch, and other fine refreshments provided by our wonderful sponsors. Try your luck on the raffle. The men have been known to linger after the rehearsal to finish off the brews in celebration of a job well done and to share stories from the day

The Concert

MAN ENOUGH suits up to perform on Cantaré Children’s Choir’s concert to serenade the audience and show off their new stunning sound. The concert puts action behind the belief that singing is important in the lives of children. The men of Cantaré stepping up to sing for our choristers is an incredible sign of support and encouragement for the children to continue their artistic pursuit of choral excellence.

Man Enough will meet at the dress rehearsal on the morning of the concert and again briefly before the concert begins to review their materials for the performance
Enjoy the refreshments at our pre-concert wine reception to meet other Cantaré supporters
Music and folders will be collected after the concert concludes
